Again, amongst all 2 families in all Queens submarkets. o Three and Four family homes: $1,395,000 which probably means that you are going to find 3-4 families sold in the $700,000’s (REO or foreclosure properties) to Multimillion dollar 3-4 families in places like Astoria or Sunnyside. o Let´s remember what median price means, : is the price in the middle, where 50% of the market sells above that and 50% sells below that. o So,when someone tells you “the median home price in Queens is X,” ask yourself: which Queens are they talking about?
