Today I am Launching Xzeller Realty with the mission of serving clients and customers more efficiently and providing an effective platform for real estate brokers and experienced agents. In a nutshell, I am recognizing the opportunity brought about but the industry changes in buyer´s brokerage, commission structure and technology. While the industry itself is dragging its feet in adapting, we are embracing the changes and facing the challenges head on. We base our mission statement of truly better and most cost effective service in two pillars:
- Local Real Estate Intelligence. This is the knowledge component that an experience broker brings to the table, his or her most unique value proposition and what cannot be substituted by artificial intelligence. Local Real Estate Intelligence alludes to the deep knowledge not only of a certain geographical enclave but knowledge of the conditions and fluctuations in play in that area.
- Simpler, Smarter, Better. This is the component facilitated by technology. Technology is, in many aspects, making tasks easier and simpler. We as brokers, shall not be in the way of innovation and must adapt to the changes and make the real estate experience easier and more enjoyable to all constituents. And, we must pass on the savings to the consumers. That is part of showing our value.
